In this position, you will act as an HR Advisor (internally known as HR Associate) who will be responsible for advising and guiding international clients on a broad spectrum of HR-related matters. Although the main focus is on HR in the Dutch context, you will also be required to advise about HR practices throughout Europe.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on the full range of HR subjects and assisting with employee consultations where necessary
• Acting as the client’s in-house HR Advisor on a temporary basis
• Investigating and advising on Collective Labour Agreements and applicable mandatory pension funds
• Absence management and acting as Case Manager for employees of the company’s clients
• Advising on GDPR compliance, including preparing or reviewing relevant documents and policies
• Drafting and reviewing Employee Handbooks and other policies and procedures
• Recruitment & selection of employees for clients
• Participating in meetings with (potential) clients

Requirements

• Proficient in English and Dutch
• Master's degree in related fields (HBO)
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law
• Experience with case management
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
• Certificate of conduct (VOG) required
