About the Position

Universal Bank is a modern Ukrainian bank with a stable reputation for 30 years. Our bank is known for its successful innovative project monobank, a joint retail product of Universal Bank in collaboration with the Fintech Band IT company, which is already actively used by over 10 million clients.

We are looking for an HR Analyst who will help transform data into insights, find patterns, and improve HR processes with us.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an audit of existing data sources and systems, assess their quality and completeness.
• Develop a unified methodology: HR metrics catalog, formulas, periodicity, reference books.
• Build a general department dashboard with details by direction.
• Prepare regular reports for management with facts and proposals for minimizing risks.
• Conduct in-depth research on request (turnover, recruitment effectiveness, surveys, training, staff effectiveness).
• Build predictive models for workforce and budget planning.
• Identify trends and anomalies, form conclusions and recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics (HR or related fields - finance, operational analytics).
• Understanding of HR processes and metrics.
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling, Power Query).
• Experience in building dashboards and reports from scratch and proficiency in BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and SQL.
• Ability to present results to a non-technical audience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems.
• Automation skills (scripts, Power Automate, API).
• Experience in the banking/financial sector.
