About the Position

HR Analyst

SharksCode, a Ukrainian IT company specializing in developing high-tech software solutions and platforms in B2B, particularly in the iGaming sector, is looking for an HR Analyst. The HR Analyst will be responsible for building systemic HR analytics, developing Power BI dashboards, creating an HR Metrics Book, regular management reporting, creating a risk map, conducting ad hoc analytics, and preparing analytical conclusions for the business.

Responsibilities

1. HR Analytics and Management Reporting

• Building and maintaining an HR dashboard in Power BI.
• Forming an HR Metrics Book and a unified logic of HR metrics.
• Conducting regular review cadence of HR metrics with functional teams.
• Preparing automated reports, presentations, and management analytics for management.

2. Risk Analytics and Business Analytics

• Preparing a risk map, risk segmentation, and analytical notes for managers.
• Conducting ad hoc analytics according to business requests.
• Forming conclusions, recommendations, and risk assessments based on HR data.

3. Data, Quality, and Data Governance

• Quality control of HR data: checking the correctness, completeness, and logic of information.
• Working with HRM, ATS, and CRM system data, directories, and data source structure.
• Creating and automating HR reporting using Power BI and SQL.
• Identifying errors and discrepancies in data and preparing recommendations for their resolution.

4. People Analytics and Forecasting

• Identifying key trends and risks in HR data.
• Preparing forecasts and recommendations for the business based on analytics.
• Analyzing HR processes: recruitment, retention, productivity, staff development, and engagement.
• Supporting HR decisions and HR strategy through clear and practical analytics.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English at the B1 level or higher.
• Confident work with Power BI and creation of interactive dashboards.
• Experience in People Analytics / HR Analytics: regular reporting, ad hoc analysis, risk insights.
• Ability to explain data in business language and form practical recommendations.
• Understanding of HR processes, the structure of HRM, ATS, and CRM system data.
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and responsibility for data quality.
