HR Analytics Specialist

TemaBit Fozzy Group – an IT company that develops unique solutions for more than 40 businesses within the group. We specialize in web and mobile development, as well as software for business process management and infrastructure projects.

We are developing the HR analytics function and are looking for a person who loves working with numbers at least as much as with people.

If you enjoy finding patterns in data, love Excel, are attentive to detail, and want to understand how analytics can influence business decisions – this role is for you.

Together, we will work on Salary Review, compensation analysis, budgeting, HR metrics, automation of reporting, and the development of HR Analytics in the company.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, verifying, and analyzing HR data.
• Preparing regular and ad-hoc HR reports.
• Participating in Salary Review, budgeting, and payroll analysis processes.
• Assisting in the creation of dashboards, presentations, and analytical materials.
• Checking data quality and identifying possible discrepancies.
• Automating regular reporting and improving existing processes.
• Helping the HR team make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Loves working with numbers.
• Enjoys data analysis.
• Is attentive to detail and does not miss small things.
• Has strong logical and analytical thinking.
• Learns quickly.
• Wants to develop specifically in HR Analytics.
• Is not afraid of large tables and large amounts of information.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Google Sheets.
• Any experience with analytics.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Economic, mathematical, or technical education.
