We are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Specialist to join our People Service Delivery team in Europe. This role will support employees and managers across multiple European countries, with a focus on the Baltic and Balkan regions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for People Service Delivery topics.
• Perform data entry in HR systems and execute country-specific activities.
• Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for multiple European countries.
• Coordinate with external payroll partners and internal teams to ensure smooth payroll processing.
• Review salary adjustments, bonuses, commissions, overtime, and statutory payments.
• Ensure compliance with local tax, labor, social security, and other statutory requirements.
• Support internal and external payroll audits.
• Provide timely resolution of requests and analyze complex issues.
• Participate in People Service Delivery projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to HR systems maintenance and enhancement activities.

Requirements

• 3–7+ years of international HR and payroll experience across multiple European markets.
• Proven experience managing payroll in at least 4–5 European countries.
• Strong working knowledge of employment, payroll, and statutory requirements across the Baltic and Balkan regions.
• Experience with external payroll partners and vendors.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, etc.).
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
