About the Position
We are seeking an HR and Recruitment Manager to lead the HR department in a growing organization, responsible for recruitment, HR processes, and fostering a supportive company culture.
Responsibilities
Establishing the HR Department
- Establishing HR infrastructure and processes from scratch.
- Formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Developing onboarding programs for new employees.
- Creating performance evaluation and feedback processes.
- Building employee welfare, retention, and organizational development programs.
- Advising management on HR and labor law issues.
Recruitment
- Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
- Defining job roles with hiring managers.
- Advertising job openings and managing recruitment sources.
- Identifying candidates through social networks, databases, and headhunting.
- Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews.
- Managing assessment centers if necessary.
- Supporting candidates until the signing and onboarding stages.
- Building a high-quality candidate pool for future positions.
Supporting Management and Employees
- Advising managers on employee management.
- Handling employee issues throughout their employment lifecycle.
- Managing termination processes in accordance with the law.
- Addressing disciplinary and labor relations issues.
Organizational Development and Training
- Identifying training needs and developing training programs.
- Promoting managerial development processes.
- Strengthening employee connectivity and organizational culture.
Systems and Reports
- Establishing and managing HR systems.
- Producing recruitment and HR reports (KPIs).
- Analyzing data and presenting recommendations to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with significant experience in recruitment.
- Experience in establishing HR processes or setting up an HR department is highly advantageous.
- Experience in recruiting for professional, technological, engineering, or infrastructure roles.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws.
- Experience working with recruitment and HR systems.
- Full proficiency in Office applications.
