About the Position
Our client is the engineering services company known for transformative, mission-critical cloud solutions for the retail, finance, and technology sectors. They are looking for a creative and experienced HR Brand Lead to join their expanding HR team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the HR and Talent leadership team to lead the development of the Brand Proposition (EBP) to elevate their brand reputation and attract amazing talent and inspire our customers and communities worldwide;
- Create their internal communications strategy for their quickly growing team of 2000+ global team members to help keep everyone aligned and connected to our mission;
- Leverage data/sentiment to help guide their employer brand/communications strategy, messaging, and critical focus areas;
- Develop team members through supervision, coaching, and feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in internal communications and employer branding;
- Strong team player and leader;
- Ability to inspire, simplify, and automate, and work on a large number of projects simultaneously;
- Experience working closely with both HR and Operations teams;
- Knowledge and respect for cultural differences;
- Fluent in English.
