About the Position

We are scaling up and looking for a HR Business Partner for the Branch Network who will become a reliable partner for business leaders and help develop the network teams.

We need your professionalism for:

• Partnering with network leaders, regional directors, and branch managers to solve HR issues;
• Planning personnel needs and interacting with recruitment to fill vacancies;
• Working with staff turnover and identifying reasons for personnel changes in branches;
• Supporting the process of evaluating the performance of network employees;
• Advising managers on team development, motivation, and effectiveness;
• Handling complex HR, disciplinary, and conflict situations;
• Monitoring compliance with HR policies and procedures across the branch network.

What we expect from you:

• At least 3 years of experience in HR;
• Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager for a region or network;
• Knowledge of labor laws in Ukraine;
• Understanding of processes for evaluating, motivating, and managing staff performance;
• Ability to build partnerships with managers at various levels;
• Proactivity, independence, and willingness to work with multiple priorities;
• Willingness for regular business trips to the branch network.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in the banking sector, retail network, or a company with an extensive regional structure.

• Confident proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas); experience with Power BI or Tableau will be a plus;
• Business orientation, proactivity, and willingness for regular business trips.
