HR Business Partner

About the Position

Universal Bank is a modern Ukrainian bank with a stable reputation for 30 years. Our bank is known for its successful innovative project monobank, a joint retail product of Universal Bank in collaboration with the Fintech Band IT company, which is already actively used by over 10 million clients.

We are scaling up and looking for a HR Business Partner for the branch network who will become a reliable partner for business leaders and help develop network teams.

We need your professionalism for:

• Partnering with network leaders, regional directors, and branch managers to solve HR issues;
• Planning personnel needs and interacting with recruitment to fill vacancies;
• Working on staff turnover and identifying reasons for personnel changes in branches;
• Supporting the process of evaluating the performance of network employees;
• Advising managers on team development, motivation, and effectiveness;
• Supporting complex personnel, disciplinary, and conflict situations;
• Monitoring compliance with HR policies and procedures in the branch network.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with network leaders, regional directors, and branch managers to solve HR issues;
• Planning personnel needs and interacting with recruitment to fill vacancies;
• Working on staff turnover and identifying reasons for personnel changes in branches;
• Supporting the process of evaluating the performance of network employees;
• Advising managers on team development, motivation, and effectiveness;
• Supporting complex personnel, disciplinary, and conflict situations;
• Monitoring compliance with HR policies and procedures in the branch network.

Requirements

• HR experience of 3 years;
• Experience as an HR Business Partner, Regional HR Manager, or Network HR Manager;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian labor legislation;
• Understanding of performance evaluation, motivation, and personnel management processes;
• Ability to build partnerships with managers of different levels;
• Proactivity, independence, and willingness to work with multiple priorities;
• Willingness to travel regularly to network branches.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the banking sector, retail network, or a company with a widespread regional structure;
• Business orientation, proactivity, and willingness to travel regularly.
