About the Position
HR Business Partner
People and Culture Department
AMEDIA is a Ukrainian IT company that creates web services, mobile applications, and online services for businesses and the public sector. Our key goal is the active digitalization of public services and the creation of solutions that have a real social impact. Among our projects are collaborations with the Diia portal, the Diia mobile application, Diia.City, and UNITED24, as well as the development of innovative educational platforms, including Superludi 2.0 and LEGO.
We are convinced that technology only makes sense when it is backed by a thoughtful approach, mature processes, and people with whom we want to build long-term cooperation. That's why we are looking for an HR Director who can establish HR as a strategic business function.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement the company's HR strategy in line with business goals.
- Oversee the full cycle of HR processes: onboarding, retention, performance management & evaluation, 1-1, internal communications, offboarding.
- Develop and scale the company's HRM system (PeopleForce).
- Build partner, trust-based relationships with teams and department heads.
- Work with management, helping to find solutions at the intersection of people and business interests.
- Initiate and implement HR projects and changes, monitoring them at all stages.
- Evaluate business initiatives from the perspective of HR risks, resources, and impact on teams.
- Oversee the recruitment of IT and non-IT roles with the team.
- Ensure transparent HR analytics, reporting, and metrics.
- Be the primary point of HR communication for stakeholders.
Requirements
- HR experience of at least 3 years (we consider candidates from various domains, not only IT).
- Proven experience in building and transforming HR processes in growing teams.
- Understanding of business logic and the ability to speak with management in terms of solutions and risks.
- Experience in developing managers and working with complex cases.
- High level of self-organization, autonomy, and responsibility.
- Developed empathy and systems thinking.
- Focus on long-term results.
