About the Position
AMEDIA is a Ukrainian IT company that develops web services, mobile applications, and online services for businesses and the public sector. We have already successfully collaborated on cases such as the Diia portal, the Diia mobile application, the Diia.City project, and UNITED24. Office format in the center of Kyiv, after a successful probation period - hybrid format.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Manage the full project cycle: from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate the work of a team of over 10 people on a single project.
- Planning and Monitoring: Plan sprints, organize grooming sessions, retrospectives, and meetings for synchronization.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key project performance indicators (completed tasks, hours spent, team workload) and compile regular reports.
- Process Optimization: Optimize team workflows to achieve maximum results.
- Methodology Implementation: Use Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies for effective project management.
- Tool Utilization: Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Gantt charts, etc.
- Innovation Implementation: Implement innovative ideas and adapt them to business needs.
- Decision Making: Make quick and effective decisions in unpredictable circumstances with minimal risk.

Soft Skills
- High communication skills, ability to effectively interact with the team and stakeholders.
- Ability to take responsibility for the project and decision-making.
- Critical thinking for problem analysis and finding optimal solutions.
- Stress resistance, ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Developed organizational skills, ability to effectively prioritize and plan.
Hard Skills
- Experience in successfully managing projects from start to finish for at least 2 years.
- Skills in managing a team of over 10 people on a single project.
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions, flexibility in problem-solving.
- Confident use of project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Gantt charts, etc.).
- Planning, organization, and control of work processes (sprints, grooming sessions, retrospectives).
- Experience working at the pace of a startup with high demands for speed and quality of execution.
- Innovative and results-oriented thinking.
- Fluency in Ukrainian.
