About Ludios

Ludios, a part of Tripledot Studios, is a studio that makes and publishes its own casual, free-to-play mobile games. Our team is based across APAC, with the majority of our development happening in Jakarta and Melbourne. We are data-driven, creative, and passionate about the industry we work in.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior HR partner to the Studio CEO and Leadership Team, providing advice, coaching, and constructive challenge on people, organizational, and cultural matters.
• Own and champion the studio’s people agenda end-to-end, from day-to-day employee matters through to long-term people strategy.
• Develop a deep understanding of the studio, its teams, operating model, and business goals, translating those needs into practical people priorities and HR support.
• Identify, prioritize, and personally drive the HR initiatives that will create the greatest value for the studio.
• Provide hands-on support on employee relations and individual people issues.
• Support the Studio CEO and Leadership Team with workforce and organizational planning.
• Partner closely with the central HR Centres of Expertise, representing the studio’s needs and drawing on specialist knowledge and programs to deliver relevant, practical support.
• Maintain alignment with Tripledot’s wider people strategy and HR vision.

Requirements

• Business savvy with an instinctive approach to fully understand the business, its aims, and plans.
• Substantial HR leadership experience within a commercial HR environment.
• Ability to build strong and effective relations across diverse cultures.
• Proven track record of turning business plans into people capability strategies and actions.
• Experience of scaling organizations or relevant change management.
• Passion for influencing and promoting our culture and brand.
• Hands-on approach and support for other areas of the HR team.
• Ability to question and challenge leaders to get to the root of people and business issues.
• Team player committed to the success of HR and the business.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.
• Progressive, non-bureaucratic approach to HR.
• Ability to work in an agile way with a user focus.
• Strong marketing, communication, and presentation skills.
