About the Position
LEIME - a performance company at the intersection of SEO, technology, and digital marketing. We create and develop our own projects, work with international markets, and help brands in the iGaming, Crypto, and Tech niches grow on Google through strong SEO strategies, content, PR, and our own technological solutions.
We are a small team, so here you can really influence how products and processes are structured, propose ideas, and see the result of your work without multiple levels of approval.
We are looking for an HR Director who will take on the HR function of the company and work directly with the CEO and department heads.
The HR system is already established: recruiting, onboarding, performance review, 1:1 meetings, knowledge base, internal communications. The task is to develop it further and help the business solve problems through people, structure, and processes.
Responsibilities
- Formulate HR strategy based on business goals.
- Manage recruitment and independently handle key vacancies.
- Develop performance review, 1:1 meetings, onboarding, and other HR processes.
- Work with the CEO and department heads on organizational structure, roles, and areas of responsibility.
- Assist managers with hiring, development, motivation, and complex employee cases.
- Work with HR analytics and process automation.
Requirements
- Experience as HRD / Head of HR / HR Lead in digital or IT.
- Strong recruitment experience and understanding of the full employee lifecycle.
- Ability to work directly with the CEO and department heads.
- Understanding of organizational design and performance management.
- Independence and focus on business, not HR for HR's sake.
- Confident use of AI in work.
