Project Manager

About the Position

LEIME is a high-performance company at the intersection of SEO, technology, and digital marketing. We create and develop our own projects, work with international markets, and help brands in the iGaming, Crypto, and Tech niches grow on Google through strong SEO strategies, content, PR, and our own technological solutions.

We are a small team, so here you can really influence how products and processes are structured, propose ideas, and see the result of your work without multiple levels of approval.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will take on the entire development delivery process: from incoming business request to release and acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Collect and prioritize tasks from internal clients;
• Form the backlog and sprints considering team workload;
• Check the quality of task assignment and help clients refine them;
• Conduct planning, syncs, demos, and retrospectives;
• Manage the entire development process in YouTrack and control deadlines;
• Organize testing and acceptance of completed tasks;
• Monitor dependencies between products and releases;
• Keep the CEO and clients informed about the development status, risks, and blockers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT development;
• Experience managing multiple products or projects simultaneously;
• Practical experience with Scrum / Kanban and sprint planning;
• Understanding of the development process: API, Git, deploy, release;
• Proficient in YouTrack / Jira;
• Ability to communicate with both business and development teams in the same language;
• Use of AI in daily work;
• Ability to manage the process: returning raw tasks and not turning every "urgent" into a new priority. Bonus: Experience in SEO, affiliate, or iGaming.
