About the Position
The transportation-forwarding company, which works over 25 years in Ukraine and abroad, announces a competition for the position of HR Director, Western Ukraine.

Main Functional Responsibilities
- Audit of the HR functions of the company
- Development of HR strategy
- Recruitment
- Staff adaptation
- Payroll management
- Evaluation of the results and performance of employees
- Responsibility for the curriculum of the company’s employees
- Development of talents, formation of a personnel reserve
- Development and launch of compensation and benefits policy
- Organizational development: distribution of functions and roles of personnel; optimization of the organizational structure
- Development of employer’s brand and corporate culture
Requirements for Candidates
- Higher education (additional education in the field of personnel management will be an advantage)
- Successful work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years
- Ukrainian language – native
- Knowledge of modern methods of work with personnel
- Interview skills, job profile development
- Positive experience in the development and implementation of the KPI system
- Good knowledge of the Labor Laws of Ukraine
- Deep understanding of business processes
- Willingness to live and work in Western Ukraine in the long term
- Readiness for business trips in Ukraine and abroad
- Good management skills and the ability to be a model and mentor of the team
- Analytical mindset, leadership qualities, creativity, resistance to stress, flexibility, readiness for large volumes of work and readiness to work for results
