About the Position

Responsibilities
- Manage all HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, performance reviews, and compliance.
- Automate key HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the organization.
- Build scalable HR infrastructure to support the rapid growth of the company.
- Oversee HR administration across various jurisdictions and manage payroll and compensation data.
- Support performance management and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.
- Utilize HR analytics to improve reporting and decision-making.
- Implement automation tools using HRM, ATS, and Jira for effective workflow management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Generalist HR role.
- Proven track record of managing HR processes and administration.
- Strong familiarity with HR analytics and automation technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws across various jurisdictions.
- Fluency in Russian; Upper Intermediate (B2) or Advanced (C1) English is required.
- Experience with ATS/HRM systems and Jira.
