Mission
- To efficiently manage the supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring alignment with OMNIC's commitment to sustainability and innovation.
- To enhance operational effectiveness while pursuing continuous improvement in all procurement processes.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Russian is mandatory; proficiency in Georgian is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in achieving measurable cost savings and process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with budgeting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-efficient sourcing of materials.
- Manage logistics workflows, optimizing supply chain operations for enhanced efficiency.
- Oversee budgeting and spend analysis to drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to align objectives and enhance communication.
- Evaluate and implement strategies for continuous process improvement and performance optimization.
