About the Position
We are looking for HR Managers and Recruiters for the USA market to join our team in cities such as Dnipro, Khmelnytskyi, Kropyvnytskyi, Kyiv, and Odesa. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Searching and hiring of employees in the USA
- Conducting initial interviews
- Verification of necessary documents for employment and registration of candidates
- Supporting and adapting new employees, and conflict resolution
- Maintaining a database and forming a pool of candidates
- Onboarding of hired candidates and communication (online)
Requirements
- Knowledge of English at level B2 and above
- Desire to develop in the field of HR
- Effective negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to learn and develop
