About the Position

HR Generalist, Kyiv

A rapidly growing design agency that specializes in developing brand identities, websites, and digital products for clients worldwide.

Main Task for HR Generalist – Establishing and streamlining HR processes in the company, coordinating the work of the recruitment team.

Responsibilities

• Improvement/strengthening of processes at the stages of the employee's career cycle – attraction, recruitment, adaptation, development, retention, dismissal.
• Coordination and optimization of the recruitment team's work.
• Formation/support of a professional development environment and a culture of mentorship and feedback.
• Talent segmentation in the organization.
• Development of an employee development system – diagnosing team training needs in alignment with the business strategy.
• Formation of the budget and organization of internal and external employee training.
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of HR activities.
• Control of key HR metrics in the organization.
• Coaching/support of employees at various levels of the organizational structure and identification of strengths and areas for development in teams.

Requirements

Critical Experience:

• Experience working as an HRG / HRM for at least 3 years.
• Experience working in IT companies or marketing/service companies.
• Skills in designing, developing, and effectively implementing HR solutions in an organization.
• Experience in developing individual employee development plans.

Basic Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

• Understanding of the significance and role of HR in business.
• Understanding and adherence to HR ethics.
• Desire and aspiration for professional and personal development.
• Strategic thinking.
• Systematic approach to work.

Experience that will be an Advantage:

• Development of a grading system.
• Development of a compensation strategy.
• Implementation and optimization of ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
