About the Position

HR Generalist, Kyiv

Responsibilities

Analyzing the need for team expansion and strategic planning for team development;
Establishing the recruitment process - independently and with the involvement of HR agencies;
Conducting onboarding for new employees of the company;
Setting up the employee training process – analyzing the market for suitable training, developing an individual employee development plan, selecting a provider for conducting training;
Managing personnel records – in conjunction with the accounting department;
Organizing and conducting corporate events – with the involvement of the marketing department;
Creating a culture of continuous innovation and open feedback within the company.

Requirements

Experience working in an IT company as an HR Generalist for at least 2 years;
Understanding of the importance of HR in business development, systems thinking;
Responsibility, initiative;
Ability to establish contacts, create a positive atmosphere in the team;
Knowledge of the basic principles of facilitation;
Proficiency in coaching tools;
English language skills are a plus.
