About the Position
Universal Bank is a modern Ukrainian bank with a stable reputation for 30 years. Our bank is known for its successful innovation project monobank, a joint retail product of Universal Bank in collaboration with the IT company Fintech Band, actively used by over 10 million clients.
We need your professionalism for:
- Supporting the work of the Supervisory Board Committee on Appointments and Remuneration.
- Coordinating the processes of evaluating the performance, professional suitability, and business reputation of management bodies.
- Preparing regulatory reports, interacting with the NBU, and supporting corporate governance.
- Developing and updating internal policies and improving HR governance processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the work of the Supervisory Board Committee on Appointments and Remuneration.
- Coordinate the processes of evaluating the performance, professional suitability, and business reputation of management bodies.
- Prepare regulatory reports, interact with the NBU, and support corporate governance.
- Develop and update internal policies and improve HR governance processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the banking sector, corporate governance, or legal field.
- Experience in preparing materials for the Supervisory Board, Management Board, regulatory reporting, and internal policies.
- Knowledge of the NBU's requirements for corporate governance.
- System thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a Corporate Secretary or in a related position.
- Participation in SREP or preparation for NBU inspections.
- Experience in the banking or financial sector.
- English language skills for working with Supervisory Board materials.
