About the Position

HR Intern (Learning & Development)

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Learning & Development team at Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to global projects and enhance your skills in a fast-developing, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the delivery of the On-boarding program
• Assist with the administration of post-training activities such as certification collection, document archiving, and training effectiveness management
• Contribute to the design and delivery of training materials and activities
• Follow up on project tracking, processes, and procedures
• Take up additional responsibilities in the team

Requirements

• Under-graduate students, can join full-time internship in 6 months. Working days: Monday-Friday
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written, with proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
• Ability to manage workload effectively including planning, organizing, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines
• Experience with Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a diverse workforce environment
