HR Manager (Middle, Middle+)

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager (Middle, Middle+) to join our team in Sheridan, Wyoming. Manage employee lifecycle, support managers, and enhance HR processes.

Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle & Development

• Manage the employee lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, ongoing support, development, retention, and offboarding;
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and collect employee feedback;
• Coordinate performance reviews and feedback processes;
• Support Individual Development Plans (IDPs);
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback;
• Maintain and improve internal HR processes, policies, and documentation.

Manager Support & Engagement

• Partner with managers on employee performance, motivation, development, engagement, and challenging employee cases;
• Collect and structure feedback to identify potential risks and areas for improvement;
• Coordinate employee satisfaction and engagement surveys and turn insights into actionable improvements.

Recruitment Support

• Conduct final / soft skills interviews with candidates;
• Assess communication, soft skills, motivation, and cultural fit;
• Provide structured feedback and collaborate with the recruitment and hiring teams.

Culture & Employee Experience

• Organize internal team-building activities, coffee breaks, and informal online events;
• Support internal communication and company culture initiatives;
• Coordinate corporate merchandise and gifts for company events, employee milestones, and special occasions;
• Develop non-financial motivation and engagement initiatives.

HR Processes & Automation

• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate HR processes;
• Implement and improve HR tools and workflows;
• Use HR metrics, surveys, and employee feedback to evaluate initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an HR Manager / HR Generalist in IT, preferably in small or mid-sized teams;
• Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and core HR processes;
• Experience conducting 1:1 meetings, feedback sessions, and soft skills / final interviews;
• Experience partnering with managers on people-related topics;
• Experience improving and automating HR processes;
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence;
• Proactivity, autonomy, and ownership mindset;
• Ability to present HR initiatives, communicate their value, and demonstrate results;
• English - Intermediate+.

Nice to Have

• Experience organizing or conducting internal webinars, workshops, or knowledge-sharing sessions;
• Experience with Learning & Development initiatives, mentoring programs, or internal learning activities;
• Experience with HRIS / HR automation tools;
• Experience working with remote or international teams.
