About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Officer/Supervisor to join our team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in supporting and coordinating HR services across Business Units in Taiwan, collaborating closely with both local and regional HR teams to ensure alignment of HR processes with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

Learning & Development / Performance Management: Design, implement, and continuously improve learning, talent development, and performance management programs.
Employee Relations & Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
HR Policies & Procedures: Support the development, review, and renewal of HR policies and procedures to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
Other HR Projects: Support ad-hoc HR initiatives as assigned, including employee relations cases, engagement initiatives, and culture-building activities.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
Good at data analytics and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and HR regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter, proven ability to manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in collaborating with regional HR teams within multinational companies.
Proven track record in designing talent development or performance management frameworks.
