About the Position

HR Operations Specialist - Payroll & Employee Services

Ready to take your first steps in HR Operations in an international environment?

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will join our People Business Services team in Prague. Together, we ensure that our HR and payroll processes run smoothly, accurately, and on time for our employees.

You don't need years of experience. We are primarily looking for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and enjoys working with data, systems, and HR processes.

You will have the opportunity to further develop your knowledge and contribute to improvements that make a real difference to our employees every day.

You will work closely with different teams, including HR, Payroll, Workday, and other People Services teams, in an international and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process and validate various HR and payroll transactions, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor HR data, processes, and KPIs, taking action when you identify discrepancies or issues.
  • Work with systems such as Workday and SAP, continuously learning how these systems support our HR processes.
  • Respond to queries and work closely with colleagues in HR, Payroll, and People Services to resolve issues.
  • Ensure that procedures and documentation are kept up to date and actively contribute ideas on how to make our processes smarter, more efficient, and simpler.
  • Support projects and process improvement initiatives within HR Operations.
  • Monitor HR data and processes and ensure that our quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with your colleagues and provide support wherever needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field, and ideally have gained your first 1-2 years of experience in HR, Payroll, Operations, or a Shared Services environment.
  • Interest in HR, payroll, data, and systems, and enjoy working accurately and in a structured way.
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable working with Excel, and enjoy investigating and solving problems.
  • Strong communicator, enjoy working with others, and are fluent in English (Dutch language skills are preferred).
  • Experience with Workday, SAP, or Power BI is a plus, but a willingness to learn is valued more than prior experience with specific systems.

We Offer

  • A competitive compensation package with an attractive performance-based bonus.
  • Benefits for you and your family that support your physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Attractive parental leave and a 2.5% pension contribution.
  • 25 days of annual leave.
  • Insurance coverage supporting your health and wellbeing, including accident, health, and baggage insurance.
  • Beer allowance so you can enjoy our brands 🍻.
  • Meal vouchers.
  • 26 weeks of paid leave for the primary caregiver following the birth or adoption of a child.
