About the Position

King Group - a rapidly growing company in the iGaming sector, is looking for a HR People Partner to join our team. As a strategic HR partner, you will be responsible for the full cycle of HR support for departments, talent development and retention, optimization of HR processes, and advising managers to enhance team effectiveness.

Work with teams offline: we are FOR office work, face to face.

Responsibilities

Full cycle of work with authorized departments: organization and support of onboarding, resolution of administrative issues, consulting on internal policies, support on employee development and retention.
Close interaction with management and department managers: consulting on team management, building effective teams, conflict resolution, employee development planning.
Implementation and optimization of HR processes: designing, launching, analyzing, and improving onboarding processes, performance evaluations, results management, development plans, rotation, and termination processes.
HR procedures audit: conducting regular reviews of existing policies and processes, identifying risks and areas for improvement, preparing recommendations.
Participation in company HR projects: initiating and participating in culture development programs, change initiatives, EVP, training initiatives, and other transformational projects.

Requirements

Experience in HRBP/HR People Partner or similar role for at least 2 years.
Deep understanding and practical experience in HR processes: onboarding, performance evaluation and management, talent development, termination.
Skills in consulting management, facilitating change, and conflict resolution.
Analytical thinking: process auditing, metrics analysis, preparing recommendations.
Proactivity, result-orientation, ability to work in a multifunctional environment.
Communication skills, empathy, ability to build trust.
Knowledge of HR tools (HRIS, ATS, evaluation tools).

Nice to Have

Basic knowledge of labor law.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Level of satisfaction of managers and employees with HR work.
Time for new employees to become productive (time-to-productivity).
Success of development and promotion programs (retention, internal transfers, engagement).
Quality and timeliness of implemented process changes (audit results).
Change in turnover in relevant departments.
