Responsibilities

• Participation in the description of vacancies, the formation of requirements for the candidate
• Acquaintance with candidates at the final stages and holding a welcome day
• Presentation of company standards and values
• Carrying out adaptation processes
• Conducting disciplinary conversations (unscheduled, if necessary)
• High-quality HR supporting of teams
• Working on the employer brand with the support of the marketing team
• Identification of the main gaps in the work and participation in the process of their elimination
• Carrying out assessment of satisfaction/involvement of personnel
• Conducting exit-interviews and support of the contract termination process
• Completing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports

Requirements

• At least 6 months experience in HR
• Ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level and above
• Knowledge of the features of conducting adaptation conversations
• Knowledge in the field of staff onboarding
• Ability to find an individual approach to each specialist
• Ability to conduct negotiations and presentations
• Communication and stress tolerance
