HR Specialist

About the Position

Hello! Kevych Solutions is currently looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Specialist who is passionate about people, company culture, and employee well-being. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to combine classic HR responsibilities with a strong focus on employee happiness, engagement, and creating a positive workplace experience in a tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Organization of internal educational, employee development, and HR activities and events;
• Participate in HR projects focused on improving employee experience and engagement;
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, integration, and offboarding processes;
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with employees to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement;
• Maintain regular communication with employees and assist with addressing HR-related questions and concerns;
• Assist in handling employee concerns and facilitating communication between employees and management;
• Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation and ensure HR processes are organized and up to date.

Requirements

• About 1 year of HR experience in an IT software, outsourcing company;
• Hands-on experience with onboarding, 1:1 meetings, and offboarding;
• Familiarity with IT roles, processes, workflows, and technology stack terminology;
• Understanding of basic HR metrics, including turnover rate, eNPS, and employee engagement;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian cooperation models and their specifics in IT, including Gig-contracts, PE, and employment under a labor contract;
• Strong active listening and communication skills, conflict management skills;
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English;
• Ability to independently organize and prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and proactively follow through on assigned tasks.

Nice to Have

• Experience of working with military record-keeping management and compliance;
• Hands-on experience in organizing and coordinating company events.
