HR Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking an HR Specialist with 3+ years of experience to provide HR support in Poland, focusing on compliance and employee lifecycle management. This role is hybrid, with 50% of the work based in our Warsaw office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle.
• Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers.
• Manage HR transactions, employee records, onboarding activities, benefits administration, compliance requirements, reporting, and employee inquiries.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and data accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with People Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, and external vendors to support HR processes and initiatives.
• Support Poland, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
• Administer local benefits and employee programs.
• Manage employee lifecycle events in a timely manner.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers in Poland.
• Contribute to regional and global initiatives when required.
• Focus the majority of responsibilities and operational priorities on the Polish employee population.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Polish labor law.
• Knowledge of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with benefits administration and employee programs.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to provide high-quality HR support to employees and managers.
• Ability to work effectively with People Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, and external vendors.
