About the Position

We are currently seeking an HR Systems Business Analyst for one of our clients. The role is based in Warszawa, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the development of the HR system (Oracle HCM Cloud);
• Gathering business requirements for new system functionalities and documenting them;
• Collaboration with the international IT team for application functionality development;
• Ongoing support of the Oracle HCM Cloud and Taleo applications;
• Testing system changes;
• Training users;

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role;
• Experience in HR system development as a business analyst/key user;
• Very good knowledge of business processes in the area of HR and soft HR;
• Highly developed analytical and communication skills;
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus;
• Higher education;
• Very good knowledge of English;
