About the Position
We are seeking an HRBP Staff to partner with business leaders and manage employee relations in a fast-paced digital agency environment in Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to support organizational growth, workforce planning, and people strategies across digital, creative, and client service teams.
- Act as a trusted HR partner in managing employee relations, performance management, engagement, and talent development.
- Support organizational changes, team expansion, and business transformation initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and culture programs that promote collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
- Collaborate with managers to identify capability gaps, succession planning, and employee development opportunities.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, probation, promotion, transfer, contract renewal, and offboarding.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesia labor regulations and company policies.
- Utilize HR data and insights to support decision-making and improve employee experience.
