About the Position
East Europe Foundation announces a competition for the position of Human Resources Coordinator. The HR Coordinator, under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager, will work with the entire team of East Europe Foundation (EEF) to support the personnel potential and encourage the diverse professional contribution of personnel to achieving the shared goals of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Participating in the review and implementation of EEF’s HR policy;
- Developing and implementing programs for learning and development of employees’ competencies;
- Developing motivational systems for the team;
- Supporting and developing EEF’s corporate culture;
- Developing and analyzing job profiles if necessary;
- Updating and administering EEF’s organizational chart;
- Organizing and conducting the yearly evaluation of personnel;
- Organizing and supporting the entire cycle of selection of personnel for EEF’s open vacancies (creating and posting announcements, search on job-websites, social media, and other professional resources, organizing and conducting interviews with candidates, forming the personnel reserve list);
- Support of an employee in the adaptation process (conducting welcome-meetings, help with creating adaptation plans, supporting the stage of conclusion of the probationary period);
- Conducting internal research (with approval or request of EEF’s management);
- Managing team building programs;
- Building processes of cooperation and communication in the team;
- Maintaining regulatory documentation on personnel management issues;
- Developing, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs;
- Participating in the creation of online and offline materials (guides, courses) for EEF’s personnel.
Requirements
- Higher education in psychology or another relevant sphere;
- At least five years of relevant work experience;
- Relevant skills for all the tasks mentioned above;
- Good communication skills, flexibility in behavior, ability to work in the team and in line with professional standards;
- Work experience in non-profit organizations or projects with donors’ funding;
- Proficiency in the Ukrainian and English languages;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
