Human Resources Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR strategy in Bulgaria, ensuring compliance and effective HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the adaptation of the group’s HR strategy and its implementation in Evolution Bulgaria, Studio Undertaking.
• Design, implement, and supervise human resource policies to ensure the availability and effectiveness of human resources according to company's goals, objectives, and compliance requirements as well as country legislation.
• Leads the development of HR Department goals, objectives, activities, and systems.
• Draws up and controls the HR budget.
• Manage and develop the HR team, to ensure professional HR service to the organization in the following areas:
  1. Relationship Management
  2. Resource planning and talent acquisition
  3. Personnel policies and procedures
  4. Compensation and Rewards
  5. Performance management and development
  6. Engagement and motivation
• Manage complex HR Projects cross-functionally.
• Consult senior managers and employees in accordance with the company's policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.
• Strong presentation and coaching skills to support global management and leadership development initiatives.
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with a strong internal and external customer service focus.
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders to offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
• Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.
• Oversee replacement of colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, parental leave, and other absences.
• The employee is responsible for proper, high-quality, and timely execution of his/her job obligations.
• Request the manager to provide timely and accurate job assignments and to secure necessary resources for the execution of job responsibilities and tasks.

Requirements

• Higher education, preferably a degree within HR or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in the Human Resource area.
• Proven experience within a client-facing HR role in a fast-paced, fast-growing organization.
• Experience in managing stakeholders with the ability to build strong working relationships effectively.
• Approachable and understanding, a team player with strong communication skills both in Bulgarian and English (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently, with attention to details and a sense of personal responsibility.
• Human behavior and performance.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Planning and organizing, fast decision-making.
• Good communication skills and persuasiveness.
