With hands-on experience and deep training for your chosen information and communications tech field, these apprenticeships offered in Zurich and Manno will help you hit the ground running. And with federal certification and our love of innovation, the UBS corner of the financial world is the best place to flex your tech muscles.

Grow Your Skills

What’s the big idea behind our ICT apprenticeships? You’ll get your basic training at our UBS Training Center to get you to a professional level with a deep knowledge of the tech field. Along with on-the-job experience, you’ll also get to attend our vocational school (with or without vocational baccalaureate) 1-2 days a week to earn your Swiss Certificate of Competence (EFZ).

Get in on the Action

We approach this with a combo of schooling and practical experience. This best-of-both-worlds balance makes sure that you come out of the program with broad industry knowledge and IT expertise. Not to mention a federal certificate of competence for platform or application development, mediamatician or digital business developer, and maybe even a vocational baccalaureate.

Experience the Support

We’re here to help! You’ll work directly with your Junior Talent Manager and our practical advisors to build a picture of what you want your future to look like. What are you excited about? What do you want to work toward? Let’s figure it out together.
