What I valued most about my internship at UBS was the space I was given to explore. I was encouraged to ask questions, connect with people across the bank, and discover what genuinely interested me. The conversations and relationships I built during those six months have stayed with me well beyond the internship and gave me a much clearer idea of where I wanted to go next.
