About the Position
We are currently seeking an Identity Management and Governance Specialist for one of our clients, a globally recognized FMCG brand. This role is based in Warszawa, Poland.

Responsibilities
- Creating, managing, and maintaining recertification reviews according to a specified schedule to confirm access to certain applications and systems;
- Collaborating with authorized application owners to obtain data, either automated or manually;
- Maintaining and improving recertification applications and services;
- Managing recertification reviews, providing pre- and post-review support to clients;
- Collecting and analyzing recertification requirements for implementing new applications in the business environment;
- Conducting "proof of concept" and evaluations of new recertification solutions;
- Identifying opportunities for automating access granting and proposing improvements to enhance service efficiency;
- Training new team members on recertification reviews using the tool in use;
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Experience with access recertification processes;
- Scripting skills in Java or JavaScript;
- Understanding of business processes related to access recertification, identity lifecycle management, and the ability to design and implement role-based provisioning solutions;
- Analytical and presentation skills;
- Experience in supporting identity and access management applications;
