About the Position
We are currently seeking an Identity Management Consultant for one of our clients, a globally recognized FMCG brand. This role is based in Warszawa, mazowieckie.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver access forms in the access and identity management system, ensuring company security procedures are followed and business unit expectations are met.
- Analyze and gather requirements, recommending appropriate integration patterns for applications.
- Recommend improvements, fixes, or requirements to related projects.
- Work with business users, operational teams, and security to ensure access keys and security.
- Perform "proof of concept" and evaluations of new identity management solutions.
- Conduct unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with corporate architects and security teams to determine technical requirements for the access management area.
- Ensure that the appropriate architecture is implemented in the organization to meet Identity & Access Management requirements.
- Ability to solve problems.
Requirements
- Experience in Identity & Access Management.
- Higher education.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on Identity & Access Management.
- Experience with CA or similar products is a plus.
- Scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, or Perl are desirable.
- Good understanding of business processes related to access certification, identity lifecycle, and the ability to design and implement provisioning solutions based on specific policies.
- Experience supporting Identity Management solutions in a Linux environment.
- Very good knowledge of English.
