Import Demand Coordinator

About the Position

The world-leading retail company, working in Ukraine for more than 15 years, is seeking an Import Demand Coordinator in Kyiv.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and analysis of SKUs stock level;
• Analysis and reporting of the current status of stock and quality of delivery;
• Ensuring the forecasting process, updating and analyzing the forecasting tool;
• Ensuring negotiation SLA with the Buying Department on a weekly/monthly level;
• Ensuring negotiations with suppliers in terms of MOQ, lead time, Incoterms deliveries, and outstanding stock;
• Ensuring the ordering process with the purpose of maintaining the stock days determined for each category;
• Ensuring the on-time ordering process, getting order confirmation from the supplier/system data accuracy inbound delivery control;
• MDSP roll-out (import part) - focus on switching Import Suppliers to MDSP ordering;
• Sharing experience with newcomers;
• Execution of projects/innovations implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in logistics or import (demand planning experience);
• Deep knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.);
• English – at least Intermediate (both written and verbal);
• Specialized skills and knowledge of Ukrainian customs regulations, Incoterms;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, MDLS;
• Strong analytical skills, persuasiveness, initiative, self-organization, and multitasking skills;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information.
