Responsibilities
- Coordination and execution of all import shipments for ExampleCorp.
- Communicating with vendors to track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of all shipments and updating the company's inventory system.
- Coordinating with the customs broker to ensure all shipments are cleared in a timely manner.
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise with shipments.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years experience working in importing or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A bachelor's degree in business, international trade, or a related field.
