Inbetriebnahme- / Servicetechniker Parking (m/w/d)

About the Position

Axess is looking for a Service Technician for Parking Systems to join our team in Brunn am Gebirge, Austria. This role involves providing technical support and services for our parking systems in various locations, including Austria, Czech Republic, Croatia, and Slovenia.

Responsibilities

• Installation, expansion, and commissioning of our parking systems at customer sites (airports, shopping centers, and hospitals);
• On-site technical project support – from installation to handover;
• Analysis and independent resolution of technical issues in the field;
• Conducting maintenance, service, and remote maintenance tasks;
• Technical clarification of customer and partner inquiries, including error analysis;
• Organizing and handling spare parts shipments and performing retrofits and modifications;
• Customer training, system configurations, and conducting technical training sessions;
• Predominantly working in Austria, with occasional assignments in CZE, HRV, and SVN.

Requirements

• Completed technical education (apprenticeship, HTL, or similar) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, IT, or a comparable field;
• Initial practical experience in installation, commissioning, or technical service is advantageous;
• Solid knowledge in electrical engineering and confident handling of electrical circuits;
• Basic knowledge in network technology, hardware, and IT systems;
• Excellent German language skills and good English language skills in speech and writing;
• Structured, independent working style and high service orientation;
• Professional demeanor with customers;
• Willingness to travel and possession of a Class B driver's license.

Note: By law, we must inform you that the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position is EUR 37,361.66 gross/year based on full-time employment. However, your personality, expertise, and commitment are most important. We offer an attractive, performance-based salary that is individually tailored to your qualifications and professional experience and significantly exceeds the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry.
