Join our team as a Technical Support Engineer - 1st Level and be the first point of contact for our customers with technical questions and problems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first technical contact for our customers regarding questions and issues about our systems and solutions.
• Receive, analyze, and classify support requests, ensuring structured processing.
• Conduct initial technical diagnostics and error analyses remotely and develop solutions independently within 1st Level Support.
• Document the processing and relevant findings comprehensively in our ticket system.
• Transfer complex technical issues to our 2nd Level Support in a structured manner.
• Work closely with the 2nd Level Support and our Project Management Team at HQ Salzburg.
• Assist our customers in ensuring the reliable operation of their AXESS systems.
• Contribute to the reliable functioning of our solutions in ski resorts, stadiums, leisure parks, and amusement parks worldwide.

Requirements

• Completed technical education (apprenticeship, HTL) or relevant professional experience in the IT sector.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Flexibility and willingness to work occasional weekends.
• Team player – on both national and international levels.
• Good English skills in speech and writing.

By law, we must inform you that the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position is EUR 38,183.60 gross/year based on full-time employment. However, we offer a very attractive and performance-based salary that depends on your qualifications and professional experience. This is significantly above the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry.
