Incident Editorial Specialist - Day shift

About the Position

Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software development, dedicated team, software quality assurance, and end-to-end digital solutions, is looking for an Incident Editorial Specialist to join our team.

Join our editorial team and work on editing real-time road incident data for a global mapping platform. No prior experience is required-we provide comprehensive training. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in IT and gain experience working on international projects.

This is a full-time remote position with working hours from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Kyiv time. You will work with English-language data, applying clear guidelines and maintaining accuracy and focus throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update road incident information within assigned regions.
• Work with real-time data from multiple sources.
• Record key incident details, including location, direction of travel, and other relevant information.
• Update incident records as conditions change.
• Close incidents once they have been resolved and verified.

Requirements

• English proficiency at the B1 level or higher.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when working under time constraints.
• Ability to work efficiently with multiple browser tabs/windows and type quickly.
• Punctuality, focus, and reliability are essential, particularly when working evening or overnight shifts.
