Team Leader

About the Position

We are seeking a Team Leader for our remote or hybrid team with 2+ years of people management experience in influencer marketing.

Responsibilities

• Керувати та координувати роботу Influence Managers;
• Контролювати виконання задач, дотримання дедлайнів та якість роботи команди;
• Розподіляти та пріоритетизувати запити й проєкти між командами;
• Управляти workflow між суміжними департаментами (PR, account, creative, strategy, production тощо);
• Контролювати ефективність роботи команди та оцінювати performance;
• Підтримувати та розвивати процеси в Influencer Marketing напрямку;
• Допомагати команді у вирішенні складних або ескалаційних ситуацій;
• Контролювати відповідність кампаній внутрішнім стандартам якості.

Requirements

• People management / team leadership experience of at least 2 years;
• Experience in influencer marketing;
• Strong operational & project management skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and high self-organization;
• Proficient use of professional tools - Asana (or other task managers), Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Excel;

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketing agencies;
• Knowledge of English;
