About the Position

Influencer Marketing Specialist/Senior Specialist/Manager 網紅行銷專員/經理

In the Influencer Marketing department, you will be responsible for selecting influencers and artists based on brand marketing goals, proposing strategies according to budget and requirements, communicating, and executing plans. Currently, the department's business is continuously growing. To further expand our business, we need your addition!

Responsibilities

• Serve various brand clients, complete influencer project planning, contact and execution, and performance tracking
• Participate in internal meetings, handle administrative processes
• Manage and maintain influencer data
• Other tasks assigned by the company

Requirements

• Ability to communicate with international teams using English
• Experience in executing influencer (industry distribution) projects and serving various brand clients
• Passionate about and familiar with various industry artists, influencers, and bloggers (All KOLs)
• Personality traits: meticulous, high EQ, good communication and negotiation skills, mission-driven attitude
• Good time management skills
• High stress tolerance
• Quick adaptability (Always have plan B)
• Eager to grasp online marketing and community trends
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Japanese language skills are a plus
