En esta función tendrás que:

• Entregar soporte técnico de primer nivel a usuarios, resolviendo incidentes de conectividad, impresoras, software de ofimática y aplicaciones clínicas.
• Administrar y dar soporte a la infraestructura de comunicaciones y redes, asegurando la continuidad operacional de los servicios.
• Participar en el desarrollo e integración de soluciones de telecomunicaciones, automatización y conectividad tecnológica.
• Configurar y habilitar equipos computacionales para nuevos colaboradores, de acuerdo con los estándares definidos.
• Ejecutar actualizaciones y tareas de mantención de sistemas operativos y equipamiento tecnológico del Hospital del Cobre.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-level technical support to users, resolving incidents related to connectivity, printers, office software, and clinical applications.
• Administer and provide support for the communications and network infrastructure, ensuring the operational continuity of services.
• Participate in the development and integration of telecommunications, automation, and technological connectivity solutions.
• Configure and enable computing equipment for new collaborators, according to defined standards.
• Execute updates and maintenance tasks for operating systems and technological equipment of Hospital del Cobre.

Requirements

• Title: Professional degree in Computer Science, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technical support services, communications, or IT infrastructure.
• Certifications: Desirable to have current CCNA and CCNP certifications.
• Skills: Solid knowledge in MPLS networks, MP-BGP, VRF, Route Target, Route Distinguisher, and wireless networks. Experience in network security, switch administration, and integration of communications and automation technologies.
• Location: Availability to work in Calama, II Region.
