Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business needs
• Build and maintain the product vision
• Define, prioritize, and manage the Product Backlog
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria
• Facilitate agile rituals (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews)
• Work closely with development teams and architects
• Ensure business value is delivered in each iteration
• Monitor product performance indicators and propose improvement areas
• Participate in scoping phases and functional trade-offs

Functional & Technical Environment

• Domains: Aeronautics
• Methodology: Agile / Scrum, SAFe
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, backlog management tools
• Interaction: Business, IT teams, architects, UX/UI
• IT Context: Complex and multi-application environments

Requirements

• Graduated from an engineering school or holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, software engineering, or project management
• More than 4 years of experience on digital projects
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken essential)
• Proven experience as a Product Owner
• Strong understanding of business challenges in the retail sector
• Ability to prioritize in complex contexts
• Strong value and user satisfaction orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to challenge business needs
• Autonomy, rigor, and synthesis skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Aeronautics domain
• Knowledge of User stories and Product Backlog
• Familiarity with Agile rituals
• Fluency in English
