Responsibilities

• Support our teams on construction sites as a Baustellenhelfer, Monteur, Geselle, or Meister in the areas of Sanitär, Heizung, Klima, or Elektrotechnik.
• Install and assemble modern heating, sanitation, and ventilation systems, as well as electrical and building technology, from new construction projects to modernization of existing installations.
• Install heat pumps, heating systems, and drinking water installations, commission them, and ensure reliable operation at the customer's site.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and restoration work, and troubleshoot issues to ensure our systems operate safely and efficiently in the long term.
• Depending on your experience level, you will take on more responsibility, from assisting with tasks to independently organizing construction sites or leading a small team.

Requirements

• You are an Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Heizungsbauer, Gas-/Wasserinstallateur, Lüftungsbauer, or Elektroniker für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, or have a comparable vocational training in the SHK or electrical sector.
• Alternatively, you have several years of practical experience as a Monteur or Baustellenhelfer in the areas of Sanitär/Heizung/Klima or Elektro and are ready to take the next step.
• You work reliably, enjoy working in a team, and can adapt to changing construction sites and situations; independent work and responsibility for "your" construction site are natural to you.
• You hold a Class B driver's license to use our service vehicles and start directly from home to customer assignments.
• Whether you are a professional beginner, an experienced Monteur, or a Meister: What is important to us is that you have a passion for modern technology, the energy transition, and high-quality work at the customer's site.
