The Offer

What we offer:

• Family Business: There is a pleasant and communicative working atmosphere where work and family can be well coordinated, ideas can be expressed, and questions can be asked.
• Compensation Package: A collectively bargained annual salary with 13 monthly salaries, a company health insurance, and the option to receive a JobRad. Overtime and more distant assignments are compensated extra. There is no shift work, but high-quality work clothes and tools. All workplaces in the main office have height-adjustable desks.
• Working Hours: We usually work 40 hours a week from 07:00 to 16:30 and until 13:30 on Fridays. If overtime occurs, it is managed on a time account.
• Vacation: With a 5-day workweek, 30 vacation days are available. Additionally, 4 plus and 6 minus days are possible through wage or salary conversion.
• Further Training: Regular exchange in the team, attendance at seminars and product training; we offer comprehensive impulses and opportunities for personal development.
• Digitalization: The hours worked are recorded via an app, including vacation requests and tool management. Company communication primarily takes place via a messenger service, and all operational information can be found in the intranet.
