Responsibilities

• Development: Develop and enhance our Software as a Service (SaaS).
• UI/UX: Design user-friendly interfaces based on technical requirements and implement them technically.
• API-first: Develop performant interfaces (REST, GraphQL) and reliably connect external services and systems.
• Event-Driven Architecture: Participate in the ongoing optimization and development of our modern Event-Driven (Event-Sourcing, CQRS) Microservice Architecture.
• Collaboration: Work in an interdisciplinary team and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to quickly and effectively implement new features and optimizations.
• Code Quality: Participate in code reviews, share your valuable experience, and ensure clean, maintainable code.
• Innovation & Learning: Try out new frameworks and tools, stay updated on technologies, and share your knowledge with the team.

Requirements

• Experience: Professional experience in developing web applications – in frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, e.g., Vue.js, React, or Angular) and in backend (Node.js/TypeScript, Go, or Python).
• Framework Knowledge: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., VueJS 3 with TypeScript) and experience with frontend architectures (SPA, State, Session-Management, etc.).
• Backend Skills: Knowledge of Event-Driven Design, NATS or similar message brokers, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
• API-first: Develop performant interfaces (REST, GraphQL) and reliably connect external services and systems.
• DevOps Mindset: Familiarity with GitLab, CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), ArgoCD, or similar tools.
• Observability: Proficiency in monitoring, logging, and tracing applications in distributed software architectures (e.g., with Grafana, Loki, or Tempo).
• AI & Automation: Interest in AI tools and their integration, productive use of modern development assistants, and recognition of machine learning as an opportunity to improve workflows and user experience.
