About the Position

We are looking for a passionate Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team at Combell. You will be responsible for maximizing sales by advising clients on our hosting products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ambassador of our hosting products. Your primary goal is to maximize sales by advising our clients.
• Support our marketing department to bring in leads and new clients. Answer commercial questions from clients, some of whom are technically savvy while others are not. Communicate accordingly.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and chat messages regarding our services: domain names, website hosting, website builder, webshop builder, Office 365, email marketing, etc.
• Process customer requests and collaborate regularly with our technical support and administrative colleagues.
• Focus on inbound contacts from (potential) clients: listen, analyze, and propose the best solution.
• Engage in outbound contacts to attract new clients. Actively call (future) clients to introduce them to our product range. Use cross-selling and upselling to convince them of the added value of our products.

Requirements

• Sales-driven with the right spirit. Experience is a plus but not necessary.
• Technical interest. You don't need to be an IT specialist, but you should be interested in our technical hosting products.
• Customer-oriented. Enjoy frequent phone contact and gain energy from helping clients.
• Comfortable selling our products over the phone in an advisory role.
• Punctual, accurate, and proficient in Dutch spelling.
• Fluent in Dutch, with notions of French and English.
