Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads (marketing, events, direct requests)
• Run outbound prospecting campaigns (calls, emails, sequences)
• Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities
• Manage deals end-to-end until signature
• Maintain a clean and active pipeline in Salesforce
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and messaging
• Consistently work towards monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements

Experience

• 2–3 years in Inside Sales, SDR/BDR or similar roles
• B2B SaaS or tech experience is a strong plus
• Proven exposure to outbound prospecting

Languages

• Native French
• Professional English
• Any additional European language is a plus

Mindset & Skills

• Strong sales DNA and closing mentality
• Comfortable with targets, KPIs and performance pressure
• Clear and confident communication (phone & email)
• Resilient, structured and coachable
• Motivated by results and continuous improvement

Tools

• CRM experience (Salesforce ideally)
• Sales engagement tools (Lemlist or similar)
• Data- and KPI-driven mindset

ISR Level 1 → ISR Level 2 → Account Executive (SMB / Mid-Market)

or → Senior ISR / BDR → Inside Sales Team Leader
